This is not simply a monthly massage or the same appointment repeated. Your session is chosen from Amy’s practical toolkit according to your assessment and response on the day.

Regular reassessment

Your movement, comfort, strength and current goals are revisited, not assumed.

Flexible input

Applied Movement Neurology, movement, manual therapy or sports massage may be used where appropriate.

A progression mindset

The aim is to maintain useful changes and keep building capacity over time.

Monthly places are limited. Membership has a 12-month minimum term. Payment arrangements are agreed with Amy at the first appointment.

Amy recommends whether individual appointments, Maintain or Progress is the best fit and arranges the monthly payment.

A few practical answers about starting and using Monthly Care.

Do I need an initial consultation?

New clients begin with a 90-minute initial consultation costing £150, with payment taken when booking. Existing clients can contact Amy directly to discuss the most appropriate monthly option.

How long is a membership appointment?

Please allow up to 90 minutes for each Monthly Care appointment.

How is membership payment arranged?

Your recurring payment arrangement will be agreed and set up with Amy at your first appointment.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes. Monthly Care has a minimum term of 12 months. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice and cannot take effect before the minimum term ends.

Do unused sessions roll over?

If a session is not used in its scheduled month, it must be taken within the following two weeks. After that, the session credit expires.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Membership can be paused for up to 30 days by prior arrangement with Amy.

What if I cancel an appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, or for a no-show, the session credit will be used unless Amy agrees otherwise.

What if Amy cancels my appointment?

Your appointment will be rearranged at your earliest convenience and there will be no charge or loss of session credit.

Can I share my sessions?

No. Monthly Care sessions are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred or shared.

Is every monthly appointment the same?

No. Amy reassesses at each appointment and selects the treatment, movement or support most relevant at that time.

Can I choose sports massage?

Sports massage or manual therapy may form part of an appointment where it is appropriate to your current assessment and goals.

What does priority booking mean?

Members receive priority access to Amy’s available clinic appointments. It does not guarantee every requested date or time.
