From driveway to appointment.
There is no complicated reception process. Park, follow the path and Amy will usually be there to welcome you.

The appointment space and toilet are on the ground floor. You are welcome to ask questions about access before you book or arrive.

Before you arrive
Wear something you can move in.
Your clothing should make assessment and movement comfortable without getting in the way.
What to wear
PE kit or sportswear is ideal. Please avoid belts, skirts and dresses.
What to bring
Bring any walking aid that you use or may need during the appointment.
Bringing someone
Of course, you are welcome to bring someone with you for support.
Payment
Pay online through the booking portal, by card reader or cash in person.

Be ready to talk through what has been happening, what you have tried and what you want to return to.
